Digital handover forWood Resin
/ Everything built for you, and how to take it over

Your digital handover.

Every part of your online setup, what it is, whether it is live, and the exact steps to move it into your control (or your local developer's). Tick items off as they are done and use the notes box for anything either side needs to flag. Everything saves automatically and is shared, so you and the 121 team always see the same up-to-date picture.

Two quick things before you start. First, credential values (passwords and API keys) are never shown in this page. They are handed to you or your developer through a secure password handover once you tell us who should receive them.

Second, we checked your live site to confirm exactly what is switched on, so what you read here matches reality, not just what was built.

121 Group does this Andy / your developer does this Together

Shopify store

Products, orders and checkout

The commerce engine behind your site: products, orders, customers and payments all live here. Store: woodresinco.myshopify.com (Basic plan). Ownership transfer to you is being completed directly with Shopify Support (ticket 68829802). Shopify Payments was temporarily switched off to allow it, so reactivating it is the first thing to do once the store is yours.

Website build

Your custom storefront

Your site is a custom headless build, not a standard Shopify theme. Shopify runs the shop and checkout; the pages customers see are a separate, purpose-built application. A developer maintains it.

AI concierge

The on-site video presenter

Your site has a bespoke AI video presenter ("Owen") at /avatar, loaded with your product catalogue. We checked the live site: only one service is switched on.

Email

Your mailbox and deliverability

Your mailbox (andy@woodresin.com.au) is a hosted Exchange account with Crazy Domains, already yours. We recently fixed why your outgoing emails were being rejected.

Wrap up

Credentials and sign-off

The final steps: secure delivery of every login and key, a walkthrough with your developer, and any last requests.

Anything either side needs to flag: questions, dates, who your developer is. Saves automatically to the server as you type.
A running log of every change, shared with everyone who has access, so you and the 121 team always see the same record.
